R&M Tools works with clients in order to develop unique
and bespoke manufacturing solutions that enable their products to be brought to
market efficiently.
With a comprehensive design facility we are able to take any type of drawing of a product from CAD to Compontent to hand drawn sketch and design and develop a press tool that will manufacture the component that our clients can use on their existing presses.
Often we are engaged to come up with a press tool to produce
an end product as envisaged by our client. From the outset this can present
numerous challenges that will need to be overcome in order to arrive at the end
press tool.
We have the skills and resources to produce not a precision
Press Tools , R& M can them then supply small volumes of
Presswork.
Small volumes is around two to three thousands units.
Working closely with our clients and constantly evolving our
techniques in this field of engineering allows us to provide effective
solutions. These press tools are created onsite at our modern premises in the
Heart of the west midlands.
